Orders must be submitted by 1PM EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) to guarantee same day shipping for all 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders.
Expedited orders placed between 1PM EST Friday and Monday at 1PM EST will ship out on Monday.

Returns
Please review your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that you're not satisfied with your order, you may return your order for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in order to be returned. Please ensure all items are returned new and unused, in their original packaging, with all garment tags still attached.
Final Sale orders may not be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
Request a prepaid return label through the portal below. Please note: When using the pre-paid return label(received with your order or created via the portal), a return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized FedEx location.

Need to exchange to a different size?
Place a new order for the desired size and use the portal below to generate a return label. You will be issued a full refund for the returned items and the prepaid return label is on us, just let us know you've already placed a new order.
Can I return a gift?
If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.
