Below is our size & fit chart. If you are unsure of your sizing, please take your measurements. Doing so will greatly reduce the guesswork - and the need to return something that doesn't fit! Sizing Tips

FIT: Most of our items are made with a contemporary fit, but not too slim.

BELTS: We recommend that you order the next even size up from your waist size.

Measuring

NECK: Measure around the middle of your neck at your Adam's apple. Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

CHEST: With your arms at your side, measure around your upper body. Measure under your armpits and over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.

SLEEVE: Measure from the center of the back of your neck to your wrist.

WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline at the height you normally wear your pant.

Shipping and Transit times

We ship all orders via FedEx from our warehouse in Georgia. We ship within one business day of receipt and expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern time Monday-Friday will ship the same day (excluding Holidays). Expedited orders placed between Friday 2PM EST and Monday 2PM EST will ship out on Monday. You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the state in which you live. If you need faster delivery, choose one of our express services. Our delivery charges are listed below. Standard ground service applies to the contiguous 48 states.

Return/Exchange Policies

Items that are unworn and unaltered will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 60 days after the date of purchase.

A prepaid return label will be enclosed with the order for an easy return or exchange. Click here to download a return/exchange form. Simply fill out the return form, and using the prepaid label, choose from the following delivery options:

  • Drop off at a World Service Center (WSC), FedEx Authorized ShipCenter (FASC) or FedEx Office
  • Go online at fed.ex.com/grd/rpp/ and request a pickup
  • Call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) and say “Ground return pickup”

Returning or Exchanging a Gift

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. At Oobe Brand, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase.
